Working principle
ASV integral progressive distributor can provide metering lubrication for all lubrication points in centralized lubrication system.It has the advantages of energy saving and precision.It mainly applies to wind turbines, vehicle construction machinery, paper-making machinery, textile machinery and other equipment.ASV integral distributor has 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 oil outlets, standard single outlet flow is 0.2ml/cyc, and can remove plugs.He Gangzhu and replacing oil plug provide displacement of 0.4ml/cyc 0.6m/cyc 0.2m/cyc integer multiple.The plunger sleeve is connected through the oil hole in order to establish pressure.As long as the pressure lubricant enters the oil inlet, the distributor will work continuously in a progressive manner.Once the lubricant in one of the channels stops flowing, the whole plunger in the distributor will also stop working.Therefore, by installing a specific visual mechanical sensor, we can observe the movement of the whole distributor.Once the blockage occurs, we can report the signal output, so as to monitor the whole lubrication system.
