FEATURES
1. The pump is suitable for lubricating high-speed cutting, large-area lubrication, special machining lubrication and cooling. The oil mist is evenly mixed and the effect is good.
2. There is oil volume adjustment knob on the pump, which can adjust the oil volume according to the work demand to achieve the optimization. Turn the oil volume adjustment knob anticlockwise, the greater the pressure in the pressure gauge and the air outflow, the more oil mist will be; turn it clockwise, the less oil mist will be.
3. The air pressure source of the pump can be directly driven by the air compressor, or the solenoid valve can be used as the switch of the air pressure source to control the switching action of the air pressure source 0n / off.
4. Lubricating oil and cutting water with viscosity of 22-68cst @ 40 ℃ can be used, but volatile oil products, such as those based on esters and glycol, are prohibited.
